This is a Giclee print of my original oil painting titled "Texas Shire". It was hand painted by me at my studio in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. This is a portrait of a 17 hand, 2000 pound horse. His name is Rocky and he’s been all over the US and Canada in 6 horse hitch competitions. He’s a champion. The original has been sold and was painted on a 24x30 stretched canvas- your canvas print can be purchased in various sizes. You can choose from Professional Quality Archival Print Paper which will come ready to frame, a 3/4" gallery wrapped giclee canvas (professional grade archival inks) ready to hang, 1 1/2" thick gallery wrapped canvas (professional grade archival inks) ready to hang, or you can opt for your print to be printed on unmounted canvas which comes to you rolled in a tube. The rolled canvas option is a nice one for someone who likes the look of canvas, but wants to choose a matt and their own frame and have a finished piece of artwork on canvas with no glass.
